[FOSS-GPS] latest ublox vcp drivers and windows 10

Anyone having problems with ublox vcp drivers and multiple usb 
connections of ublox M8 devices in windows 10.
Used to work ok, but either latest windows update or ucenter 8.20 and 
latest drivers update seems to prevent multiple  virtual com ports via usb.
Scenario: connect one ublox M8T via usb to RTKnavi  as rover ( or 
u-center), works OK
connect second M8T ( eg moving base) via usb and only one virtual com 
port exists.
Add second virtual port via "add legacy hardware" creates two virtual 
com ports, but they are the same!
identical data coming from both virtual com ports, second ublox device 
seems to be ignored.
tried uninstall drivers and reinstall to no avail.
Old drivers no longer available, anyway windows would just update them.
