[FOSS-GPS] Online NTRIP caster

Hi, all

i'd like to introduce my hobby project. Youcors.com is online NTRIP caster.
Basically it have two features:

- You can create a mountpoint and connect a base to it.
- And you can a create client and connect a rover.

There are three caster running now at Amsterdam, Singapore and New York.
Any feedback especially bug reports are welcome.
