[FOSS-GPS] Online NTRIP caster

Hi nilocb,
Can you explain how you forwarded the RTCM message to the caster with
rtkgps+?
I try to do it with Lefebure ntrip caster but i get a message in rtkgps+
that says invalid mountpoint although the mountpoint is correct.
I send you also email in case you didn't see this message.
