[FOSS-GPS] RTK_LIB_postprocessing

Hi, 
I am a student of SPBU. I am learning RTKlib how to equalize (postprocess) gnss base (2 hours observation) using reference station (24 hours observation). Rinex data available GPS and GLONASS.
There are some questions:
 
          1.   What kind of data I need use for reference station, only navigation (.g and .n) and observation (.o or .d) ? 
 
           2 - What kind of data I need use for gnss base, only navigation (.g and .n) or observation (.o or .d) files too
             3.    What kind of data I need use for reference station and gnss base, only observation (.o or .d) files and as a navigation files only final ephemerides 
 
4 -  if we use final ephemerides we must use ppp-static or static?
 
5 -  why is the difference between output data if we use  , is it normal ?
 
6 -  if my base is 10Hz, it means that every data must be 10Hz for getting the precise XYZ? Data from the Reference station and for example UAV must be the same 10Hz?
