[FOSS-GPS] RTKLIB with P4RTK

I will send you the files tomorrow but I did finally get something to work.
But only in forward and backward. Not combined. Also, I had 2 bases setup
and I’m getting different results when I process with each base. CORS is
different than both bases. I think it’s a fixed/float problem but I don’t
know for sure.
