[FOSS4G-Oceania] T-shirt supplier and sizes

Hi All

I think we need to call this one and commit.

If we're agreeing on the provider and the three t-shirt cuts, then we need
to implement that on the registration system, so I can do that.

I've discussed the logos issue with John, and in consideration of the
discussion in this thread, I think that we should proceed with just our
conference logo on the front of the t-shirts.

I'll add that second line as a 'decision' on the next meeting's agenda for
the record.
