[FOSS4G-Oceania] Community Day Media Plan - to go out 6th September?

Hi everyone,

I've put together a quick Community Day Media Plan at
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1v-UDD9R6yugp9Q5DEYK4rPUvulyyrijLOosozirmJco,
and I think we should send out something on 6th of September after the
excitement over submissions has died down.

I would like some assistance in editing the communication itself, and the
plan about who and where to send it in the document above.
