[FOSS4G-Oceania] 2018 website archive

Hi all,

Just a quick note to let you know, there is now an archived version of the
2018 website at https://2018.foss4g-oceania.org. It's hosted on our GitHub
account in its own repo here
<https://github.com/foss4g-oceania/foss4g-oceania.github.io> as a GitHub
page.

There were a couple of glitches with DNS but I think they're resolved now.

The root URL (https://foss4g-oceania.org) is still live, but it would be
good to pull this down and replace it with something new when we're ready.

If you have a few minutes to run through the 2018 archive and look for any
glitches, that'd be great, please let me know if you find anything amiss.
