I'm very happy to support option 3, seems like the least we can do. If
we're letting kids in for free, we would need a clear policy on age limit,
and rules, and might need to cater for them, so I suggest we require they
register ahead of time (as an add-on to a regular registration?).

Re: parents covering for each other - the new 'discuss' mailing list would
be a great place for this kind of discussion, if anyone cares to kick it
off.
