[FOSS4G-Oceania] Fwd: student/volunteer pricing

OK, I think we'd better wrap up this discussion and move on - there's
plenty of other stuff to do. I'm interpreting the outcome as general
support for this change, will update our budget accordingly. Philip,
perhaps we can touch base on moving the volunteer requirements forward, and
start plotting out how we'll execute leading up to and during the event.

On the idea of a master document containing agreed decisions, if anyone has
an idea for how to do this, and/or is motivated to make it happen, that
sounds like a great idea to me.
