Hmm.

Perhaps it depends on who the requestor is. For example, could we assign
good mojo funding as part of the TGP to, say, countryneedspeople or bush
heritage or an EDO (if they sent a delegation)?

...but if it were a government department then no; If they're a profit
making company then no.
