Obviously that would increase the number of variations but if we're only
printing on the front then it's much cheaper anyway.

Would everyone in the conference committee feel comfortable wearing a
committee t-shirt? I guess another option would be a lanyard / name tag
that is distinctive? I think it would certainly be best if the people that
have organised the event are easily found.
