[FOSS4G-Oceania] Website CFP pages - please check

Call and the other pages looks good to me.

Agree that it could all (registration as well as call for papers) go under
one tab of "Participation".

Plus I think we need a page under here for "Volunteers" with info of how to
volunteer on the day... This would be useful to have out at the same time
as the registration opens, as there is one discounted volunteer price so it
would be good for people to know how they can apply
to be a volunteer, and what is expected of volunteers for the discount.
Probably also need a page here for "Sponsor" too?
