[FOSS4G-Oceania] Call for presentations & workshops - OPEN!

I've reviewed the press release and added suggestions. In particular, I 
think it is important to re-iterate what is FOSS4G and SoTM, as many 
people will be reading this press release for the first time, especially 
if it is getting published by Spatial Source.

I've also added quotes from John and Alex, which is typically the style 
used when going through news channels. John, Alex, I suggest you make 
sure with the comments I've attributed to you and change as you see fit.

As always, feel free to accept or reject anything.

Ideally, we should get this through to Dan, the editor at Spatial 
Magazine, by first thing tomorrow (Wednesday) so it goes out in his 
weekly news wrap.
