[FOSS4G-Oceania] FOSS4G Asia - 2018 : invite your submit abstracts to general track and proposals for workshops

It is good to see that there will be a regional FOSS4G Asia happening in
December.
I don't see this as being in competition to our FOSS4G Oceania as they
will be drawing from a different audience.
If anything, I see it as a positive sign that Open Source Geospatial is
thriving around the world.
