[FOSS4G-Oceania] Student discounts - workshops

OK, would like to move forward on this. I've set up a discount code for a
50% discount (ie. $50), and capped it at 20 for now - can revisit if this
runs out.

Could anyone with contacts in the universities please help spread the word
on discounted workshops (along with last Friday's student registration
message)?

Students can now register for $50 workshops with the discount code STUDENT
at the workshop ticketing page:
https://ti.to/foss4g-oceania/foss4g-sotm-2018-workshops (valid student ID
is required).
