[FOSS4G-Oceania] Conference Dinner time

Side question, but related: there's a question about the timing of the
start of the conference on Day 1 at 8:45. Possible that it is a bit early,
and pushes the Women in Geospatial breakfast a bit too early. Is it
possible to adjust the start of the conference to 9 am?

This doesn't necessarily have to affect a 5 pm finish - but thought I
should raise it now, in case it does.
