[FOSS4G-Oceania] Conference Dinner time

OK, I'm sensing there's not much appetite to adjust the conf start time, so
I'm happy to move on from that. Re: BoF sessions, I'm thinking lunch is a
good time to do them, because it doesn't have knock-on effects on dinner
timing, but if others have ideas on BoF it would be good to get that
planned fairly soon.

So on dinner timing - back to Daniel's original question (sorry for
derailing it a bit):

*Should we advertise this as a 6:30pm - 10:00pm event? Shorter? We also

My 2c: It's about a 5 min walk + 15 min tram ride, Alex's suggestion of 6
pm start, 7 pm food service sounds good to me. Probably doesn't leave much
time for people to go back to hotels etc unless they're very efficient, but
I don't know how important this is. I'd also be happy with 6:30/7:00 or
6:30/7:30.

Length? For me, 2 hours from food service feels comfortable. There are
several great watering holes very near the dinner venue for those who want
to carry on with the socialising.
