[FOSS4G-Oceania] Committee dinner

The only concern I have about breakfasts is that at least some of us are
going to have to be setting up for the conference day by 830 or earlier,
depending on the day, which might mean the breakfast will be early and/or
short.

This will certainly be the case for me on Friday, add the community day
will stay at 9, and I'll need time to make sure we are ready to go.
