I think this is unnecessary. We can make sure we provide a program on the Webpage, that shows well on mobile. That said, we could just print a few copies if people are from overseas or so?

But we will have wifi, so should not be a problem.

Hi All

Simple question: should we provide a printed program?

Daniel knows of a group who do nice little printed booklets, and we can potentially put a small, ~20-30 page book with the schedule and abstracts in it.

But maybe, with a view to reducing waste, we shouldn't do this.

I think we should definitely have something basic on the web, and a PDF to download.

Thoughts?
