[FOSS4G-Oceania] use of FOSS4G SotM Oceania logo

Hi all

I broadly agree with Cameron, but also see the desire not to allow usage of
the logo.

Can we achieve ‘allowing organisations to use the logo’ without ’needing to
vet designs’?

In addition to Cameron’s suggestion about wording, perhaps setting some
maximum size and placement guidelines would be appropriate.

Let me think a bit, I’ll pop back with tangible suggestions…
