[FOSS4G-Oceania] FOSS4G Oceania 2019 - Website

Dear all,
I have been trying to tell a few people about the conference next year, but it is hard as we do not have even a front page with the date and location up. We still point to the old conference. A simple Website with “reserve the date” would be great.
