[FOSS4G-Oceania] Conference Sponsorship Prospectus

The Local Organising Committee has endorsed a Sponsorship Prospectus for
the  conference.

This document may be useful when approaching potential sponsors. It helps
communicate the information a sponsor needs to know:

   - what is the conference about
   - who is attending
   - how is it managed or organised
   - how has it gone in the past
   - how much does sponsorship cost
   - what do I get for contributing

There is a page for "Oceania Tier" sponsorship, and a page for "Hub Tier"
sponsorship. You can edit the hub-tier page to suit your hub with clearly
defined sponsorship levels and their associated benefits.
