[FOSS4G-Oceania] Next hub managers meeting

The next meeting of the hub managers would normally be on Monday, 5
October, which is a public holiday in some parts of Australia.

I'd like to make it easy for people to participate, so I made a poll so we
can vote whether to have the meeting on Monday, 5 October, or Tuesday, 6
October (and what time of day).
