[FOSS4G-Oceania] Sponsorship prospectus input

Amazing work Edoardo, thanks so much for pushing this forward. As a hub
organiser, I appreciate the recognition of hub sponsors, this will help us
out.
FYI I made a couple of very minor edits:
- increased the number of in-person attendees (I estimate ~375, based on
group photos and rego counts)
- updated a link
I have one mild concern: if we get a lot of sponsors, we may end up with a
rather long "commercial break", but I suspect not everyone would have a
video to play anyway so probably not going to be an issue.
