[FOSS4G-Oceania] OSGeo Oceania Board

I'm pleased to announce the new and renewed membership of the OSGeo Oceania
Board.

I'd like to first acknowledge the excellent work by the outgoing board
members Emma Hain and Dionne Hansen. They've both been great to work with
and had some solid outcomes including the new OSGeo Oceania Website (
osgeo-oceania.org) and the QGIS Special Interest Group.

The returning board members are Edoardo Neerhut, and Greg Lauer, and the
continuing members are: Jonah Sullivan, Alex Leith, Carrol Chan, Ewen Hill,
and Elisa Puccioni.

And finally, *two new additions to the board are To'oa Brown and Tish Dhar!*

Please join me in welcoming the new OSGeo Oceania Board members at the
Annual General Meetingon at midday AEDT, on the 17th of December.
