[FOSS4G-UK] Stickers for FOSS4G:UK

[Barry Rowlingson]

The round logo is here on the web as SVG, but it has SVG interactivity that
might mess things up in a web-based shirt design package. Suggest you
render SVGs to high-resolution PNG before doing any shirt design!
