[FOSS4G-UK] Call for Talks Update & Registration

Hi Nick,

One of the Bristol talks (Dave Barter from Nautoguide) has commented that
he could also run it in Basingstoke which might help both venues, as we're
oversubscribed in Bristol anyway.
