Notes from today below.

*Priorities*

   - get all programmes online asap - either edit website or send to list
   and Ant or others will pick up
   - marketing push once programmes are online, particularly where numbers
   are low (Glasgow, Maynooth, Lancaster, Swansea)
   - ensure tech is tried and tested

*Venues*
Round-up of venues - all should be in hand, some low on numbers, programmes
mostly filled.
*Venue leads to finalise programmes and update website, *

*Website*
Ant will review/tidy (call for talks etc).

*Keynotes*
Matt: Can we have more details of their talks on the website?
10 years after group meeting this pm.

*Registration*
See spreadsheet, push needed at some venues.

*Marketing*
Alistair to coordinate final push once programmes published.
Tom A to contact AGI re calendar.
All to use their networks.

*Tech*
All venues must test on-site. Amy is there to support (away Thur to Mon).
Keyworth not streaming.

*Sponsorship*
IDOX want to sponsor, but only at a venue they are attending. Agreed this
would be Keyworth - Guy to put them in touch with John over details.

*Next call*
Tue 28th Aug 12:00.
