[FOSS4G-UK] Local Venue Welcome

Nick (mainly),

 I'm seeing inconsistent timings across some of the web pages:

 https://uk.osgeo.org/foss4guklocal2023/online.html

 has in the Agenda section:

 9:30 - 10:00 local welcome
 10:00-10:30 Helen McKenzie
 [etc]

which isn't what I thought we were doing. The "Keynotes" section on the
home page has HM keynote at 09:45, which is also what's on the spreadsheet
at

and which is what I've timetabled everything to. Is it just that
"online.html" page that is wrong? I think its just its morning agenda...
