[FOSS4G-UK] Meeting to discuss FOSS4G:UK 2024

Hi All,

As promised at the AGM last year, I would like to arrange a date to meet 
up and talk about plans for FOSS4G:UK 2024

I'm emailing the OSGeo:UK committee and those who were volunteers for 
FOSS4G:UK 2023 so we can find a date that works for (most) of us. Once 
we have a date I will circulate to the OSGeo:UK mailing list and invite 
people to come along.

Half term for most of the country is either 12-16 or 19-23 Feb, so I 
have avoided those dates.
