Hi all,

"Welcome to FOSS4G2008 in Cape Town - Open Source GIS: an option for
Developing Nations"

I feel the Open Source GIS is not an option for Developing Nations
but for the rest of the world too. Perhaps something like below
would convey a broader meaning

"Welcome to FOSS4G2008 in Cape Town - Open Source Geospatial: A Viable 
Option"

May be "Viable" is not a good word.

"Welcome to FOSS4G2008 in Cape Town - Open Source Geospatial: A Better 
Choice"
"Welcome to FOSS4G2008 in Cape Town - Open Source Geospatial: A Smart 
Choice"
