[Foss4g2008loc] final draft sponsorhip prospectus for comment and approval

could we at a minimum change "GIS" to "Geospatial"? Realistically -  
the majority of these technologies are not being used explicitly in a  
GIS context, and to me using GIS in this way unnecessarily limits the  
audience.
