May I suggest spreading this to the Cape Linux User Group (www.clug.org.za)
- you may even get a bunch of volunteers - Allowing them to hand out a
business card to each exhibitor, or put their card into the goody bag of
each delegate _may_ even be enough incentive.

Post onto clug-work (or clug-announce?) - the list is very fussy about
miss-postings, so read the list rules.

Maybe keep that in scope for the prospectus.

Hi all
 
Here's the latest version of the Prospectus. Since the last version it has
an almost-final exhibitor floorplan and a few details have been updated. 
 
Please focus on content, not aesthetics and contribute where you can,
especially highlighted sections.
 
We're sending it to our graphic designer tomorrow (14th) morning SAST to be
ready by Friday. Inge pls forward to Vincent. We can make any further
changes to his final version.
