[Foss4g2008loc] discount policy

Russell is in charge of 'helpers' whether they be volunteers or paid.

 

The volunteer section on the page is pretty unchanged from 2007 -
Russell please update it for 2008 and develop your ideas there. 

 

I know Russell is considering City of Cape Town employees, students and
various other possibilities.

Gavin,

 

The site states that a volunteer commits to working one full day.  I
would like to know what kind of work a volunteer would do so that I can
possibly promote it among our students. Roughly how many volunteers are
needed?
