Hi there,

Paul, Frank and Dave have some good points. 

So on second thoughts perhaps we should make the closing date for poster
submissions the 1st of September (4 weeks prior to the conference) but on a
first come first serve bases? We limit the numbers to the amount of space we
have available.

Mandy what are your thoughts?

For FOSS4G2007, people who had submitted
Presentation abstracts, and whose Presentations
were not selected, were invited, as part of the
"sorry, you didn't get selected" message, to
submit a Poster.
