If anyone is a pro at formatting in Open office please let me know I have

The prospectus is really looking great!
Comments:
1. Will it be possible to have another version for printing that has a
plain background .. especially for us Scrooges who want to save on ink?
2. Page 24: the Account name is missing on the bank details and the "u"
in account is missing
3. Quite critical... I think we need a contact details page that
includes the names, tel, email, fax (everything) of the responsible
coordinators of the sponsors and exhibitors for those who have queries
they want addressed. So far we only have who to post to and where to
pay....
especially as Dawn has touched on coordination issues.. so am assuming
Magda and Dawn need to be there and perhaps the chair Gavin???
3. Is the numbering of only the even pages intentional? If so, did the
sequence get lost on 20 and 21, both are numbered.

Attached is the prospectus in a final version for a final check before
we
distribute to anyone. Please will you check this and send comments
before
the end of business (SA time) on Friday. If I don't receive any
comments
then I will assume that it is correct and you are happy that it gets
distributed. 

 

I am having a small problem: I can't seem to delete the last few blank
pages
out of the Open Office Doc. So if anyone can do that please so and send
me a
copy or please explain to me how to do that. 

 

Further if anyone has a converter to convert Mac fonts to Windows
fonts
please let me know where I can get it so that when I write the open
office
doc to pdf, that the fonts match.
