Folks,

There seems to be some confusion with the registration process and some folks
just hearing about the early bird cutoff today.  I think it would be
appropriate to accept folks at the early bird rates through to the end of day
on Monday or so to avoid bad feelings.

A gentle suggestion from the sidelines. :-)
