[Foss4g2008loc] new LOC members

Welcome to Russell Hope from the City of Cape Town and Alize Botha from
the CSIR who have agreed to join the LOC. 

 

Russell's main portfolio will be organising volunteers and 'our man on
the ground' in Cape Town. Alize will be coordinating the outreach
activities and technical tours that will run in parallel with the
workshops on the Monday morning and whole of Friday of the conference.
