[Foss4g2008loc] workshop PCs - hiring vs buying decision

Feedback from OSGeo and GISSA is that they'd rather decide afterwards
what to do with the proceeds of the conference than spend most of them
now on PCs. 

 

So we'll be hiring from ProsperIS: Burnie, please proceed ASAP with
Petro in placing the order and paying the deposit for the PC hire,
networking, bandwidth etc. as per their quote of 22 Aug. Pls double
check that it includes setup on 28th and strike after 17h00 on 3rd.
