If the meeting attendees would login to the #foss4g
IRC channel on freenode before the meeting, we could
use that for non-audio communication during a
conference call meeting.
For FOSS4G2007, many meetings used an IRC channel
for the meeting - only some of the meetings took
place via conference call.
