[Foss4g2009] FOSS4G OC Meeting

Good point Glavin (this came up in our meeting last night in fact). 
Hopefully an Aussie such as Tim can get up and sell 2009 in the closing 
plenary.  Tour Hosts has said that they will prepare a slideshow for this.
