I'm out of office on Friday - early next week same time would be fine.
I've included Graeme McFerren who's worked a lot on our site, and is
Tyler in the 2009 list?
Skype / IRC, something else?
Gavin

Gavin, Simon,
Tour Hosts are about to put the FOSS4G2009 website together and I'd like
to have a quick techie meeting to determine how much of the ICS software
can be used without breaking existing Tour Host software and processes.
Then we can define a clear break between interfaces.
Would you be available this Friday 23 July to discus? If not, please
suggest an alternative timeslot.

Just an update on OCS - especially with the new version it is really
working out nicely for us now and should be a cinch for 2009.

Denisa, Janelle,
Where are we up to with regards to the FOSS4G website? Are there
any
blocking issues that we can help with?
And more importantly, I don't think we have confirmed our
conference
venue.
We left this as:
* We will use UNSW, unless Sydney Convension Center can offer a
comparable price.
I understand that the Sydney Convension Center don't have our
date
available any more, so this may be a moot point.
But could we should nail this detail down as a matter of
priority.
