[Foss4g2009] Format and Distribution of notes from meetings

I'd prefer to see the primary meeting log be a web page (wiki page or 
irc logs), which is CCed to an email list for permanent archiving.

Attaching docs to emails usually gets lots in email archives, so I'd 
prefer people to use HTML instead.
