Cameron,

We set up a public Twiki Web for this at:
  
http://external.opengis.org/twiki_public/bin/view/ClimateChallenge2009/WebHome

and the List reflector at:
  https://lists.opengeospatial.org/mailman/listinfo/ccip-2009

These are public resources, however the both require email confirmation 
and the Email List Moderator must approve the user.
