[Foss4g2009] Introduction

Good Afternoon all,
It looks like I will be in a position to volunteer for FOSS4G 2007.

In the past I have been involved with:
- demo pit (2006); or demo theater (2007)
- code sprint (2007)

Each of these activities was set up to accomplish a specific goal; as such
they may (or may not) be appropriate.

Is there any general guidelines; minuets of meetings; or such like I can use
to catch up with the general goals and direction for FOSS4G 2009?
