[Foss4g2009] review period for public materials

Dave, I'm normally agree that we should have at least a 24 hr review
period, preferably 2 working days, however in this case Tour Hosts were
trying to get the postcards and poster published in time to be used at a
conference in New Zealand we a short deadline, so we had to take some
shortcuts.
