[Foss4g2009] Code Sprint

While I kind of like the idea of an exotic location for a code sprint, I
suspect it would be detrimental to the attendance levels.
I think we will get a lot of people at the code sprint on the first day
(50 to 80), then have less that stay the full 3 days.
If we move location, then we will loose many of the first day code
sprinters, especially any of the code sprinters who decide to join in at
the last moment (which seems to be the case in 2008).
