[Foss4g2009] set a schedule for regular OC meetings

I'm wondering if it would be useful to set a
schedule for regular OC/TH meetings.

Would it make sense to pick something along the
lines of "the second Tuesday of every month at
XX AM Sydney time"(or whatever time/date suits
the most people), and by default there will be
a conference call meeting, unless canceled?

In the times between meetings the agenda for the
next meeting can be populated with 'things that
need to be talked about':

There will always be exceptions, but in general,
maybe it would work where discussions on the
mailing lists that take place between meetings
are just that, discussions, and the actual
decisions are made, and documented, at these
regular OC meetings. That might make it easier
for TH staff?

Closer to the conference, more frequent meetings
might be necessary, but for now, once a month
should be enough (other than perhaps meetings
needed to finalize the budget).
