I am aware of a few comparable ecvents where radio was used in this way.
- One larger event rented private band radios that were very good but
quite involved to manage
- Another event I am less familiar with just bought cheap handheld UHF
units
I will speak to the people involved to see if the second option worked
out. I suspect the former was quite expensive.
